Emirati women and workforce in a clash of culture

What is the conflict? Why?

   Some Emirati families are preventing their daughters or wife from working in a mixed environment. The main reasons for this our traditions and religion’s are against the idea of woman working with men in the same place.                          

What is the cultural view behind the conflict?

   Those Emirati families do not accept the idea of woman working in a mixed environment, to them it an issue of honor, shame, and following tradition. This kind of families think’s that if one of there family woman worked in a mixed environment she will infect the family name with shame.     

What is the best solution?

   In this kind of problems the woman should face her family and convince them that now a day’s the every thing is changing as will as people point view of a workingwoman, and there is same company’s that has a private work places for women. 

bull fights.

After that video I saw, I don’t think I want to see a bull fight because its full of cruelty, and death is possible in that case, it logically  seems how every bull fight should end, I mean if u stab a wild animal it would stab you back in order to defend and protect it self. And I wont ever think of attending run with bulls and put my self in such danger. Maybe it’s a way of having some fun or part of Spanish culture but it should really stop because there is no fun in hurting an animal just for the sake of fun or even hurting a human being.. and its unacceptable .
