12 Dimension critical reflection

Part one:

Cultural conflicts are based on dimensions that ill explain some of them in this short paragraph. First of all Destiny which are accompanied with two polarities, directed and directive, and to be directive is to shape your destiny yourself but to be directed is to be guided or moved by an external factor. Secondly communication is how you communicate with others its either direct or indirect. The third one is accountability   its basically how do u prefer to work either in a group (community) or individual.  The forth one is status and this describes your level in a community as in achieved or ascribed.

Part two:

I totally agree with my questionnaire results because it almost describes how I am in real life. For an example my result for destiny was totally directive which means I’m a kind of person who direct others and myself. And for communication I all most got 2 to the left side, which means I’m more direct person than indirect. And for accountability I’m neither individual nor community, which means I’m in the middle of group or individual work. and the last one I’m going to mention is status which the result was I’m an achieved person that likes to achieve goals.

Part three:

In my point of view I think that some of the results would change in couple of years because some are good but some others are to be changed to the better. For an example my status result is achieved which is good to me , on the other hand accountability is neither community nor individual which I think should be one of the two based on the situation in order to be better in work life and in life generally. I’d like to be more direct and clearly direct in my communication way with people surrounding me in order to be more clear and straightforward.
